Sunday School

Children are invited to worship with their families, and are dismissed to their Sunday School classrooms after the Word for Children.

We have an infant nursery (birth through 18 months) and a toddler nursery (18 months through 36 months) located in the Christian Education Building. Nursery is available Sunday mornings at both services and is supervised with paid personnel who are present each week.

Nursery (2 and under) are in room 103.
Three and four year olds are in room 104.
Kindergarten and First Grade are dismissed from Room 206.
Second Graders are dismissed from Room 204.
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Graders are dismissed from Room 203.
Middle School Students go to Room 201.
High School Students gather in the Youth Room.
Adult Sunday School is located in Classroom A & B - 2nd Floor Moss Hall.

Wednesday Connection
Moorings’ midweek program for children age 4 (by September 1) through grade 5. The afternoon which runs from 3:00 – 5:00 includes snack, choir, a time in the Worship Center, crafts, and recreation. Church vans pick up participants from Seagate, Lake Park, and Osceola Elementary. Call Martha Crofts (213-5244) to register your child or click here to print out the registration form.

Vacation Bible School
Each summer we hold a weeklong VBS from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. VBS involves over 100 young people, from 4 years old to 5th Grade, and includes over 30 volunteers active in teaching, crafts, snacks, music, puppets, recreation, and worship.
